Hardened Structures Hardened Shelters LLC is in the process of establishing a nationwide network of General Contractors & Builders to build Hardened Structure Homes and Buildings targeting the high-end residential and commercial markets. THIS IS NOT A FRANCHISE. You will not be charged a fee to cooperate. Contractors keep their company names and continue with their regular business. Together with stand alone Hardened Structure homes, the selected Contractor will also offer the Hardened Shelter addition to existing homes and the Bunker Builder addition for underground bunkers. The selected contractor will be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Licensing Agreement and Non-Compete Agreement. For all government work, a security clearance may be required.

Hardened Structures, Hardened Shelters, Harden Structures, Harden Shelters, Hardened Homes and Bunker Builders are all U.S. Registered Trademarks.

The selected contractor will be provided projects and sales leads in their territory, will not have to change their company name and these products will be an “Add On” to their existing business. Our research has shown that the ideal business candidates to install Hardened Structures products and to implement the Hardened Structures Multi-Hazard Construction Program Management Methodology are established:

These types businesses are classified as a “Fragmented Industry”(an industry where most of the businesses are independent operators.) Cost

There is no up front cost to enter into a Hardened Structure Licensing Agreement. There will be costs associated with the specific geographical domain names already secured for every US state, advertising and a percentage of every project will be paid to Hardened Structures by the Contractor. Also, all Contractors will be required to enter into a Non-Compete Agreement for the design and construction of Shelter type homes and structures.
